Jason Casuncad is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and a transformational leader dedicated to helping individuals and organizations address challenges at their root. Over the past decade, he has coached hundreds of executives and leaders and facilitated training programs for thousands of participants.
He is a certified facilitator of Equilibria’s E-Colors, an ExO (Exponential Organizations) consultant, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Process Improvement. Jason brings deep expertise across various domains, including Executive Communication, Organizational Transformation, Data Science and Analytics, Operations Management, Leadership Development, Business Development, and ITIL-based Service Delivery Management.
Jason’s leadership experience spans global and regional roles at multinational companies like Chevron, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, and Toshiba. Currently, he is the president and CEO of a credit bureau tech company and led the end-to-end development of the bureau from the ground up, maintaining the systems, building the products, and establishing the entire target operating model. Under his leadership, the bureau now processes over 400 million tradelines monthly, delivering scalable, secure, and high-impact credit solutions to financial institutions in the country.
He holds a degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA, and has completed academic units in the Master of Science in Data Science at the Asian Institute of Management. Additionally, he is a graduate of INSEAD Business School’s Leadership Communication with Impact program.
